  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as applicable.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
