Chicken in white gravy
Makes: ½ kg chicken
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
Make shallow cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in kadai/wok and sauté the chicken pieces on medium heat until brown. In a bowl, mix 1 cup milk and 30g Nimkish Creamy Chicken Masala. Add the mixture of chicken in kadai/wok & cook on medium heat till the milk is reduced to half. Then, put 100g cream/beaten malai and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes. As the gravy thickens turn off the heat, cover the kadai and leave for 5 minutes. Now add 2 tbsp butter and mix well. Serve with onion rings and bread.
Tip: Use paneer (cottage cheese) pieces instead of chicken for Creamy Paneer.
