Dry lamb/goat in roasted spices

4 tbsp yogurt/curd
3 (200g) tomatoes
To 1 kg meat pieces (any kind of meat), rub 50g Nimkish Bhuna Gosht Masala with 4 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp (100g) yogurt (plain curd) and 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes. In a kadai/wok, heat 4 tbsp oil and add the meat pieces. Cook on low heat until water dries and meat is tender. Bhuna Gosht is ready. Garnish with butter, fresh coriander & onion rings.
For cooking in Pressure Cooker - Use the pressure cooker instead of kadai and cook until first whistle on high heat. Once the pressure is released, open the lid and sauté the meat on medium heat until oil separates and meat is tender.
